⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Misty House, Kodaikanal! I had an amazing experience staying at Misty House. The environment is incredibly beautiful, calm, and refreshing—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was excellent (Good Service). The staff was highly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help(Mr.Manikandan) special thanks to him. ###Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a peaceful stay in Kodaikanal###!

Edit-reponse to the answer posted by the owner: For your kind information, I was not looking for individual bottled water!!! Was just looking for clean & safe drinking water, which didn't seem to be the case!!! It was tap water nonetheless, filled from the sink in front of my eyes!!! If you really think, having pickle as a side is a big ask, then probably you need to rethink your hospitality measures!!! Bowls for Dal is a basic necessity, specially when served with Chapatis!!! And it's okay if it was not available, but couldn't bear the taunted answer when politely asked for it!!! Well, all that said, I do not have any complaints on the quality or taste of food... It was simple but very good!!! Just not happy with the experience or the response that I got by the caretaker!!! ------------------------------ The rooms were fantastic and very comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around. Service was adequate, though not outstanding. It's an homestay where they served food as well. When asked for pickle, they said it's not available as it is a homestay and not a hotel or restaurant!!! When asked for bowls for Dal, they said bowls are not available as it is a homestay and not a restaurant!!! Dude, what do you mean??? I know it is a homestay and not a restaurant and I was not asking for a five course meal or so or for any luxurious cutlery!!! Just asked for some pickle and a small bowl for Dal!!! If you cannot have these, stop serving food at your homestay!!!! Plus, they were serving tap water for drinking!!! When questioned, the person mentioned it is even pure than a bottled water, which I refused to agree!!! Not hygienic!!!!
