We stayed at this cottage with our family during monsoon. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet expectations. The bedsheets appeared to be reused, rooms had a musty smell, and some plumbing fixtures including the shower weren’t working properly. Water supply was unavailable the next morning due to a motor issue. We also felt the staff response could have been more proactive when we raised concerns, which made the check-in/payment process a bit uncomfortable. With some improvements in housekeeping, maintenance checks before guest arrival, and staff training on guest concerns, this property has good potential given its location. We hope the management takes this feedback positively.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The Smiley Homestay is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Truly felt like a home away from home.

Very beautiful place indeed. Everyone was delighted to stay at this place. The staff is very friendly, polite and cordial. Food was really nice and tasty. Good home made food. Children too enjoyed eating. Will surely suggest this place to others!
